Store Manager - Prahran

We are opening a new store in Prahran at the end of March 2020, our third Melbourne location. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Management experience
  • Good brand/label knowledge (international/local)
  • Garment and fabric knowledge
  • Genuine, patient attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Understanding of our values, process and service

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will work closely with the 2IC to complete all management duties and ensure compliance of policies and procedures is met throughout the team.

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store as well as:

  • Staff induction and training
  • Reporting & KPIs
  • Effective action and accountability
  • Delegation and time management
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities: initiative, organisation and motivation
  • Email Correspondence
  • Banking
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Quality Control
  • Rostering
  • Customer Communication
  • Housekeeping/General cleaning
  • POS/Cash handling processes
  • Inventory Management/Consignments
  • Retaining detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Staff health, safety and well-being
