As Casual Team Support you are responsible for representing the Goodbyes values and working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the Goodbyes policies and procedures are being met in store.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Store Duties; housekeeping, merchandising, shop floor duties, theft prevention
  • Communication; Our service, our process, member and customer relations and enquiries
  • Consignment; Sorting, pricing, best practice of policies and procedures
  • Understanding and complying with company policies and procedures
  • Providing a high level of customer and member satisfaction through excellent service on the shop floor and during the consignment process
  • Working to achieve store KPIs
  • Inventory levels and replenishment
  • Retained customer relations
  • Overall store and back room presentation/upkeep
  • Actively participating in training and performance management
  • Clear communication with Store Manager and 2IC to ensure best practice within your role
  • Content creation for social media (as required)
