Contract: 6 months (2 - 3 days per week)
Salary: $30,000–$45,000 p.a. ($75,000 p.a. full-time equivalent, pro rata)

Role Overview
Goodbyes is seeking a creative Content & Social Coordinator to bring the Goodbyes world to life through engaging content across social media and other brand touchpoints.
Execute the content strategy, ensuring the brand is consistently represented through creative storytelling, strong visual direction and day-to-day content production.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Coordination
- Execute the monthly content calendar.
- Create, publish and schedule content across brand channels.
- Identify and coordinate content opportunities across stores, creators and partners.
- Capture stories that bring the Goodbyes brand to life.
- Manage community engagement, DMs and enquiries.
- Track channel performance and share insights with the Head of Brand.
Creative Production
- Create photography and video content.
- Edit content and create graphics using Canva, AI tools and similar platforms.
- Maintain the content and asset library.
- Create content to support team learning and development.
Visual Direction
- Style and art direct content shoots.
- Develop and maintain the Goodbye's brand world across content, and support in visual merchandising and window displays.
- Ensure all content reflects the Goodbyes brand world and creative direction.
- Monitor trends and test new content ideas.
Experience & Skills
- Experience creating & editing content for social media, including photography, video and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite and emerging social platforms.
- Confident using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
- Strong visual eye with an understanding of styling, composition and storytelling.
- Experience planning and executing content calendars.
- Ability to build genuine online communities through engagement and conversation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Confident working collaboratively with stores, creators and external partners.
- Curious, proactive and always looking for new ideas, trends and opportunities to evolve the brand.
- An interest in fashion, resale and Goodbyes.
