As Senior Resale Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. Through your expertise in selection, pricing and stepping up to supervise when required, you support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience.
• Supporting consignment operations, from selection and pricing to member enquiries.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment.
• Stepping up as supervisor when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
