As 3IC, you support the Store Manager and 2IC across key areas, lead daily operations in their absence, are a pricing expert, and help the team stay focused and perform at their best.
You’ll be responsible for:
Pricing Expert
- Hit daily pricing targets with consistency, quality and pace
- Collaborate with the management team to identify coaching opportunities and share feedback
- Support teammates to meet their pricing as required
Leadership & Team Performance
- Drive team performance and growth, aligned with store KPIs
- Set the pace, assign zones, and lead with consistent communication
- Ground the team in our values, maintaining proactive energy and focus
- Engage in performance discussions, on-the-spot feedback, follow-up coaching, and journals
- Support training and skill development across the team
Customer Service & Shop Floor
- Deliver warm, values-aligned service in every interaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented shop floor at all times
- Step in confidently to resolve basic customer or member questions and issues
- Role model service excellence and support a positive, collaborative team environment
- Carries out floor duties with focus - monitoring fitting rooms, maintaining tidiness, and putting out stock efficiently.
Admin & reporting
- Complete admin and reporting as required, accurately and on time, to support smooth store operations.
Selection
- Follows selection criteria, checks authenticity, signs up new members, and returns non-selected items with care
Policy & Safety
- Maintain high standards for floor and back-of-house presentation
- Stay alert and responsive to WHS risks, theft activity, and team wellbeing concerns
- Uphold and promote store policies and procedures, ensuring the team consistently follows best practices to maintain a safe workplace

Probation period
This role includes a 3-6 month probation - a chance to settle in, build confidence, and see if the role’s the right fit for you. It also gives us time to confirm it’s a good match on our side. You’ll receive regular feedback and support, with clear milestones to guide your growth.
We take a no-surprises approach, so expect ongoing, on-the-spot feedback throughout this period.
