We’re looking for a Third-in-Charge (3IC) to support the management team at our Brunswick store and take on additional responsibility across the team and daily store operations.

The Opportunity 

As Third-in-Charge (3IC), you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager (2IC), taking on additional responsibility across the team, store operations and resale experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management team and stepping up to lead shifts when required.
• Applying strong, market-aware pricing to support store performance.
• Creating a friendly, trusted resale experience for every shopper and seller.
• Contributing to consistent selection and pricing across the store.
• Supporting the team to follow daily store procedures and service standards.

You’re confident in the day-to-day retail environment and ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to grow as a leader. You are:

• Confident supporting and guiding team members.
• Proactive and comfortable stepping up when required.
• Focused on creating a friendly, trusted store experience.
• Interested in fashion, resale and more intentional ways of shopping.
